There are limited places available. To confirm your appointment it can be secured by a 'Non Refundable' deposit.

This deposit is automatically deducted from the total amount of your chosen treatment and will not be refundable under any circumstances.

The appointment can be rescheduled once if longer then 48H before appointment date & time. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled within 48H before the actual appointment for whatever reason we are forced to charge the deposit payment for this last-minute rescheduled treatment. Then you need to make a new appointment and pay the deposit again.

If a client needs to reschedule the appointment for the second time the first made deposit will be charged for the two spots that have been covered for this particular client. Then this particular client needs to make a new appointment and pay the deposit again.

When you happen to become a 'No Show' you didn’t show up on your booked date and time without any contact in advance. The amount of deposit will be automatically charged for our lost time.

The Nail Studio cannot make any exceptions to this. When confirming the appointment, it is assumed that the client has checked this policy.
