As a client it's possible to cancel the appointment by sending a mail to our e-mail address: info@thenailstudio-maastricht.nl. No deposit will be refundable with cancellations. With cancellations within 24 hours the full treatment will be charged.

As a trainee it's possible to cancel your training by sending a mail. Keep in mind that your deposit is
not refundable under any circumstances. We advice to postpone the training to another moment.

The Nail Studio cannot make any exceptions to this. When confirming the appointment, it is assumed that the client or trainee has checked this policy.
