Matte Coat (No Wipe)

Our non-wipe Matte Top Coat looks like luxury velvet on the nails. It has the best viscosity and is easy to apply. After it is cured with an UV or LED lamp for 60-120 seconds (depending on the brand) it protects the nails and continues to stay matte without cracking or chipping.
